    HESSPEA Plant-based Cooking is for men & women, singles & couples who want to learn the history and celebrate the culinary food traditions that are inspired by the beautiful regions of Africa, the Caribbean, South America, and American South. Menus and class descriptions are posted at https://www.hesspea.com/classes .Awaken your senses.  Come experience the culture, cuisine and warmth in this 3-hour hands on cooking class.  Each recipe is accompanied by the music that connects us to the food - Reggae, African, Caribbean, Jazz, Zydeco, World Music, Afro-Cuban & Afro-Brazilian Rhythm.  We'll begin the evening with an appetizer social, 5:45 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. and then head on into the kitchen to explore the menu, and end with a global dining experience.  ONE LOVE!
