Have you ever wanted to take an ECB Butcher Class but haven't had the time or spending money to join us? Well, we've created a special demonstration event to share what it's like to work a day in the life of our butchers that is perfect for you! This demonstration will be led by founder Michael Puglisi & will teach you all about the tools, farms, cuts, and cooking of pork. Over the 60 minute course, we will be serving wine & house charcuterie while you ask questions, learn the basics of butchery, & enjoy an evening with your classmates. Our very first Pork Demo Event will be held February 21st, sign up before spaces run out! What do I get with the class?--In-person demonstration breaking down a half Llano Seco pig.--10% discount on any in-store purchases made that evening.--Drinks and meat-tastic snacks throughout the evening.ParkingPublic parking is available in the Bush Avenue Parking Structure (at 4th Street).
