Yes. Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge is fully open to both the public and hotel guests. Non-hotel guests can simply enter through the resort lobby and take the Twin Dolphin Tower elevator directly to the 9th floor.
General lounge seating at Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge is first-come, first-served. It’s highly recommended to make reservations around sunset hours and weekends. Be sure to arrive 45-60 minutes before sunset.
If you’re visiting the Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge at The Waterfront Beach Resort, valet parking is available at the main resort entrance as well as validation options.
The dress code at the Offshore 9 Rooftop Lounge in Orange County is coastal casual, keeping the atmosphere relaxed and comfortable, yet put together. Casual swimwear and athletic gear are restricted during evening hours.
